On 31 March 2026, the Biomedical Engineering Program, Christian University of Thailand, received prestigious awards at the 2026 Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) Presentation Competition of the Lower Central Region Network, held at Mahidol University, Salaya Campus, Nakhon Pathom, Thailand.

     Ms. Thawiwan Sareebot, a faculty member of the Biomedical Engineering Program, received the First Runner-Up Award in the Outstanding CWIE Faculty Supervisor Competition.

     In addition, fourth-year Biomedical Engineering students Ms. Duangkamon Thongdonmai, Ms. Sorathun Phitakwanarat, and Ms. Warunya Sanguanphong received the Honorable Mention Award for Outstanding Innovation for their project entitled “Storage Cabinet for Intravenous Infusion Controllers for Off-Hours Clinical Use.”

     The project was supervised by Mr. Supachai Yingcharoen, who served as the students’ CWIE faculty supervisor.

     These achievements reflect the Biomedical Engineering Program’s commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and the successful integration of classroom learning with professional practice through the Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE) program.
