The International Thematic Online Course on *Update on Gerontological Nursing Management* was held by Hasanuddin University (Unhas), Indonesia, in collaboration with the *Christian University of Thailand and Kanazawa University, Japan.* The course aimed to enhance knowledge in gerontological nursing management for the aging population.
