"Balancing Physical Exercise, Relieving Office Syndrome for Happy Work"

Office of Personnel Management, Christian University of Thailand, organized the project “Balancing Physical Exercise, Relieving Office Syndrome for Happy Work” on Monday, August 24, 2026, from 09:30 AM to 11:00 AM via an online system. The objective was to provide personnel with a proper understanding of the causes, symptoms, and prevention guidelines for office syndrome, as well as enabling them to adjust their work behaviors and postures and perform basic self-care and therapy. This initiative not only helped reduce the risk of chronic health problems but also enhanced the work efficiency and happiness of the personnel. A total of 58 personnel participated in the project, which served as a key activity driving the institution’s strategy and reflecting its identity as a “Wellness University.”

On this occasion, Dr. Dhissanuvach Chaikhot, Dean of the College of Health Sciences, kindly served as the keynote speaker, delivering an insightful lecture and demonstrating physical exercises for office syndrome therapy. Participants gained valuable knowledge and practical techniques that can be effectively applied to their daily lives and work routines. The Office of Personnel Management hopes this project will contribute to enhancing the quality of life and fostering a work environment that promotes the long-term well-being of Christian University of Thailand personnel.
