คณาจารย์ และนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยคริสเตียนเข้าร่วมประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติด้านภาวะผู้นำเพื่อสุขภาพโลก
เมื่อวันที่ 8-9 มิถุนายน 2569 หลักสูตรปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาล และหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารทางการพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัย คริสเตียน นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เนตรชนก ศรีทุมมา คณบดีคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. เพชรน้อย สิงห์ช่างชัย หัวหน้าหลักสูตรปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารการพยาบาลและหัวหน้าหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารทางการพยาบาล และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. กรรณิการ์ ฉัตรดอกไม้ไพร เลขานุการหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบริหารทางการพยาบาล พร้อมด้วยนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาทั้งสองหลักสูตร จำนวน 28 คน เข้าร่วมการประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ หัวข้อ “Leadership for Global Health: Advancing Nursing and Health Care Systems” ณ โรงแรม Grand Richmond Stylish Convention Hotel จังหวัดนนทบุรี ซึ่งจัดโดยสมาคมพยาบาลแห่งประเทศไทย
การประชุมครั้งนี้เป็นเวทีวิชาการระดับนานาชาติที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำด้านการพยาบาลและระบบสุขภาพ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมบุคลากรสุขภาพในการรับมือกับความท้าทายด้านสุขภาพที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วในระดับโลก โดยมีวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและนักวิชาการชั้นนำจากนานาประเทศร่วมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ อาทิ Prof. Dr. Afaf Ibrahim Meleis นักทฤษฎีทางการพยาบาลระดับโลก ผู้บุกเบิกทฤษฎีการเปลี่ยนผ่าน (Transitions Theory), Prof. Patricia M. Davidson ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านภาวะผู้นำทางการพยาบาลและนโยบายสุขภาพ และศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศิริอร สินธุ นักวิชาการพยาบาลผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิของประเทศไทย
การเข้าร่วมประชุมในครั้งนี้นับเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ด้านภาวะผู้นำ การบริหารจัดการทางการพยาบาล และการพัฒนาระบบสุขภาพในมิติระดับสากล ตลอดจนเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับนักวิชาการและผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากหลากหลายประเทศ สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ และนำองค์ความรู้ที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนางานวิจัย การบริหารการพยาบาล และการยกระดับคุณภาพบริการสุขภาพ อันจะเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและระบบสุขภาพของประเทศในอนาคต
Participation of Faculty and Graduate Students from the College of Nursing, Christian University of Thailand, in an International Academic Conference on “Leadership for Global Health: Advancing Nursing and Health Care Systems”
On June 8-9, 2026, the Doctor of Philosophy program in Nursing Management and the Master of Nursing Science program in Nursing Management at the College of Nursing, Christian University of Thailand, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Netchanok Sritoomma, Dean of the College of Nursing, Professor Dr. Phechnoy Singchangchai, Head of the Doctor of Philosophy program in Nursing Management and Head of the Master of Nursing Science program in Nursing Management, and Assistant Professor Dr. Kannikar Chatdokmaiprai, Secretary of the Master of Nursing Science program in Nursing Management, along with 28 graduate students from both programs, participated in an international academic conference titled “Leadership for Global Health: Advancing Nursing and Health Care Systems” at the Grand Richmond Stylish Convention Hotel in Nonthaburi Province, organized by the Nursing Association of Thailand.
This conference served as an international academic platform focused on developing nursing leadership and health systems to prepare healthcare personnel to address rapidly changing global health challenges. Distinguished speakers and leading scholars from various countries shared their knowledge and experiences, including Prof. Dr. Afaf Ibrahim Meleis, a global nursing theorist and pioneer of Transitions Theory; Prof. Patricia M. Davidson, an expert in nursing leadership and health policy; and Professor Dr. Siriorn Sindhu, a distinguished nursing scholar from Thailand.
Participation in this conference represents an important opportunity to enhance knowledge in leadership, nursing management, and health system development on an international scale. It also provided students with the chance to exchange insights with scholars and experts from various countries, build academic collaboration networks, and apply the knowledge gained to improve research, nursing management, and elevate the quality of health services. This will be a crucial force in advancing the nursing profession and health system of the country in the future.
