Dormitory Fee for Christian University of Thailand Students

1. Air-conditioned Room, Baan Donkhanaak Condo, 7Fl. & 8Fl. of Building 4

1.1  The rate of dormitory fee is as follows:

Note: Each student will be charged approximately 2,500 Baht per month for 2-bed room sharing.

1.2 Water and electricity fee can be paid directly to the MSK Residential Juristic Person.

1.3 The key and key card deposit will be charged 500 baht per person upon the check-in day and will be refunded when the students return the key and key card on the check-out day.

1.4 Room maintenance fee will be charged 2,500 baht per person upon the check-in day and this fee is not refundable when the students check out.

1.5 If the room or any equipment in the room is damaged or lost, the students must be responsible for the cost of repair or compensation at the rate to be collected by the university.

2. Air-conditioned Room, Dormitory 2

2.1 The rates of dormitory fee are as follows:

Note: Each student will be charged approximately 2,500 Baht per month for 2-bed room sharing, 2,000 Baht per month for 3-bed room sharing or 1,750 Baht per month for 4-bed room sharing.

2.2 The dormitory fee in Item 2.1 includes the electricity used not over 300 units per room per month.

2.3 If the electricity is used over 300 units per month, the students staying in such room must pay an additional fee at the rate specified by the University, equally average according to the number of students sharing the room.

2.4 The key and key card deposit will be charged 500 baht per person upon the check-in day and will be refunded when the students return the key and key card on the check-out day.

2.5 Room maintenance fee will be charged 2,500 baht per person upon the check-in day and this fee is not refundable when the students check out.

2.6 If the room or any equipment in the room is damaged or lost, the students must be responsible for the cost of repair or compensation at the rate to be collected by the university.

3. Non air-conditioned Room (Fan Room), Dormitory 1 and 2

3.1 The rates of dormitory fee are as follows:

Note: Each student will be charged approximately 1,450 Baht per month for 3-bed room sharing, or 1,250 Baht per month for 4-bed room sharing or 1,100 Baht per month for 6-bed room sharing.

3.2 The key and key card deposit will be charged 500 baht per person upon the check-in day and will be refunded when the students return the key and key card on the check-out day.

3.3 Room maintenance fee will be charged 1,000 baht per person upon the check-in day and this fee is not refundable when the students check out.

3.4 If the room or any equipment in the room is damaged or lost, the students must be responsible for the cost of repair or compensation at the rate to be collected by the university.

4. In case the students move in during the semester, the dormitory fee will be charged monthly according to the period of stay which will be calculated by the proportion of dormitory fee in Items 1 - 3.
