โครงการศึกษาดูงานด้านโรงแรม
อาจารย์ปัญจพร ธนาวชิรานันท์ อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการจัดการท่องเที่ยวและบริการ พร้อมด้วยนักศึกษาในหลักสูตรฯ ได้เข้าศึกษาดูงานสถานประกอบการด้านธุรกิจการโรงแรม ณ โรงแรมเชอราตัน หัวหิน เมื่อวันที่ 8 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ.2565 โดยได้มีการจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ระหว่างศึกษาดูงาน เช่น การเรียนรู้การทำงานของแผนกต่าง ๆ ในโรงแรม การฝึกปฏิบัติผสมเครื่องดื่ม การอบรมมารยาทบนโต๊ะอาหาร ทำให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้และเกิดความประทับใจต่อวิชาชีพด้านการโรงแรมมากยิ่งขึ้น
Ajarn Punjaporn Thanawachiranun and students from Tourism and Hospitality Management program attended the education trip related to hotel business at Sheraton Huahin Resort and Spa on February 8, 2565 in order to enhance their academic ability in hotel business including nature of work in all department of the hotel, beverage and bar practices and the table manner training causing their learning and impression of the hotel business.
