Transcultural Management Conference

in the Asian and Western Culture Context

     To continuously foster academic cooperation and collaboration through teaching and learning with other universities, Christian University of Thailand conducted a web-based conference titled “Transcultural Management Conference in the Asian and Western Culture Context”. This academic activity was held on 23rd April 2022, headed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Netchanok Sritoomma (Vice Dean in Academic, Research and International Affairs, College of Nursing), and Asst. Prof. Dr. Sasitorn Roojanavech (Dean, College of Nursing).
These two session conferences which aim is to strengthen and increase the efficacy of the students’ learning is under the course TNSM7504 Strategic Management and Transcultural Management in the Nursing Organization – Asst. Prof. Dr. Netchanok Sritoomma as the major instructor.
The symposiums include topics about cross-cultural psychology, sociology, and anthropology, as well as the broader disciplines of management and organizational behavior, and related area of international human resource management. 🤗🤗

These virtual exchange of academic knowledge and experiences between Japan, Malaysia, and Thailand was attended by instructors and Ph.D. students from Christian University of Thailand, and Chiang Mai University. 🙏
