Emphasis is on producing teachers with academic
knowledge, abilities and skills in teaching English as a
second language as well as the four skills in
communication based on appropriate context and cultures
of native speakers of English, under the instruction of
native speakers of English who are full-time instructors
to give close supervision to the students in the
program, including study tours to various schools in the
country and in other countries.
