To enter the international program an entering
student must have graduated from an
international school with instruction of all
courses in English, or have a TOEFL score of 437
or above, or an IELTS score of at least 4.0 or
an ONET score in English of at least 40%. Other
students may enter the international program
after successfully completing the following

Master's Degree
1) must
have completed bachelor degree in English or
equivalent from a university approved by the Commission
on Higher Education
2) must
have a GPA of no less than
3:00 for the B.A.
3) must
pass the English placement test offered by the
university and an interview conducted by the university.
Applicants may submit the TOEFL score of 500 or IELT score
of 6 for exemption of the English Placement Test provided
by the university
